The company has an in-house Learning and Development department. It is made mandatory for every employee to undergo certain predefined hours of training in a year to enhance and update their knowledge. We have spent over 5000 man hours in learning and development in the last fiscal year 2009-2010 covering
Communication workshops
Team Building workshops
Technical workshops
Entry level trainings
Media based trainings
Formal training courses (internal and external)
The above mentioned developmental programmes apply to all confirmed employees and consultants who have completed tenure of 6 months, except for entry level trainings. Training & Development is an important parameter in the Performance Management process.
