An astute professional with an engineering background from University of Mumbai, contributing his experience of over 26 years in the IT industry. Adding to his repertoire, he had worked for two years with Hindustan Computer Limited (HCL), prior to promoting Omnitech.
In this capacity, Atul plays a vital role in steering the overall business growth strategy and accomplishing organization vision. He leads the able team to implement the business strategy through definitive action plans to achieve desired results. His current thrust areas are to be a thought leader in the area of Managed Services and Cloud Computing and continue to be pioneer in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity space. He is able to spot the opportunity at an early stage and leverage it for the benefit of organization, which has helped organization to manage the sustained growth over a period of time.
He has been instrumental in tying up business relationships with various leading technology and strategic partners. Having traveled widely around the world, he has a deep understanding of global business opportunities and challenges. A B.E. (Electrical) from University of Mumbai has experience of over 25 years in the IT industry. He has completed a course in BS15000 and is a DRI certified professional. He has a rich experience of service delivery on various hardware and software platforms and has undergone various soft skills programmes. He is also a co-founder of our Company and had worked for three years with Hindustan Computer Limited (HCL), prior to promoting this Company. He is responsible for conceptualization, execution and delivery model set up for various services viz. infrastructure management services and disaster recovery services. His areas of specialization are business continuity planning and infrastructure management services.

Prior to joining our Company in 1994, he was working with Minicomp Limited as Project Manager. His areas of specialization are sales of solutions/technologies and products, execution of turnkey projects, providing of IT consultancy in the areas of enterprise computing, connectivity solutions and server-based solutions, DRP, securities solutions and many more. He is responsible for developing domestic business in the area of system integration and services. |

A vivid computer engineering graduate from Mumbai University entrenched with more than 12+ years of experience in the IT industry. He has a Diploma in Business Management and is a member of the Technical Advisory Board of S.I.E.S. College of Management. Adding to his dossier, he was the founder & CEO of EdVenture Systems Inc. (ESI) which is now a division of Omnitech.
As Omnitech's chief operating officer and head of global operations, Anurag Shah is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Omnitech's global operations including areas like sales, marketing and services organization. Anurag's current focus is on determining overall business strategy for all International markets. He also focuses on all inorganic growth strategies of Omnitech. He is also responsible for Global Marketing and M&A. In additional to his global role he also drives internal process improvement & automation initiatives.
It is worth noting that in his previous role as CEO of Technology Services, Anurag has been instrumental in establishing a sustainable & highly profitable Technology Services Business unit at Omnitech, which now operates as a Global practice. A seasoned professional, Anurag has enabled the organization accomplish the toughest goals. He has been also successful in building strong customer engagement models at a very high level. His active participation in events and other activities at Omnitech is highly appreciable and creditable.

Ajay Kotkar, an alumnus of Mumbai University has graduated in Digital Electronics and Computer Engineering (B.E.). Over the last 23+ years, he has gained substantial experience in management of IT Services and Operations for Regional / Global organizations in Asia Pacific and Middle East (incl. Japan and Australia) while working with brands like ABN AMRO, Swiss Bank Corporation, Electronic Data System, New Al-Ra’ed Computers and Pertech Computers Ltd.
During this tenure, Ajay effectively motivated and coordinated staff and business owners in execution of strategic and tactical agenda across countries/cultures through use of strong relationship management, communication, and people management skills. His Senior Program Management skills in delivering complex Global Technology and Organizational Transformation Projects using the industry best practices Change framework and extreme knowledge on widely used Technology platforms for Investment and Commercial Banking is commendable.
He is a keen initiator, infrastructure developer and philanthropist. It is laudable to see the amount of business driven technology initiatives, core infrastructure projects and other significant initiatives that have been instigated by Ajay.
As the CEO Asia Pacific & Global BFSI Practice Head, Ajay holds a clear vision from where he wants the company to grow in the Asia Pacific market in sync with the other key management personals.

A bachelor of Textile (Technology) from M.S. University, Baroda; Nikul holds professional experience of over 38 years at various managerial positions. During this tenure, he has been associated with Mafatlal Group for around 25 yrs as well as with companies like Morarjee Mills and Ashima Textiles. He has gained International exposure in Textile Marketing.
From 2002 to 2006 he had been the Promoter and Director of Edventure Systems Incorporation (ESI) which is now a division of Omnitech.
Nikul has been associated with the Company since July 2006. He is presently working as a President Global HR and Corporate Services and is responsible for handling HR, Commercial, Admin, Training and Development departments globally.
